Password Annoying

Hi,

I can see everyone has the same issue...

Why should we have to enter email, password and then a security code every time .

I have a secure password on my PC and so has my book keeper. (who is another town)

 I have to give him a mobile code every time he wants to log in... not good when I'm trying to work

Just allow autofill at least to fill the boxes please.(or keep it in place for at least the week.

or allow a code to be sent to different mobiles...this so frustrating.

Any answers to this over-the-top security would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe there is way, but I haven't found it grrr

We recognise that having to enter your email, password, and then a security code can feel inconvenient, especially when you're focused on getting work done. These steps are in place to enhance the security of your data and account, ensuring that only authorised users can access sensitive information. Please note that the system will only require the code once every 24 hours.

     

    To address this, you can set up another office email address for your bookkeeper so they can have their own authenticator. Alternatively, if your 2FA method was initially set up as email, you can continue using it so the codes are sent to the email address. If you'd like to switch your 2FA method to email, here's the link to guide you through the process.
