We recognise that having to enter your email, password, and then a security code can feel inconvenient, especially when you're focused on getting work done. These steps are in place to enhance the security of your data and account, ensuring that only authorised users can access sensitive information. Please note that the system will only require the code once every 24 hours.
To address this, you can set up another office email address for your bookkeeper so they can have their own authenticator. Alternatively, if your 2FA method was initially set up as email, you can continue using it so the codes are sent to the email address.
