How did you try to ask MYOB directly about this? Its definitely something we can assist with. I can see that you have a case in with the team, its in queue right now and someone will reply to you soon (typically within 3-5 business days for a case).
You shouldn't need the team though, payment details can be updated through myaccount.myob.com or if you encounter any errors there that might arise due to multiple linked payment profiles, you can also try going to my.myob.com. : Updating an expired credit card
Even though payments may have been successful previously, its still important that we have up to date information in our system.
