Preparing bank deposits

Question

My customer would like to separate the "prepare bank deposit" into different categores, not just deposited funds, is this achievable. At the moment I have set up Cash clearing, Direct deposit clearing. As they have numerous card files for one client, they are unable to just do a receive money that will match to the bank feed. When I make the payments through receive payment to the other clearing accounts, they do not show in prepare bank deposits, only the ones paid from the undeposited funds?

Hi TanyaBennett,In AccountRight the Prepare Bank Deposit window only picks up transactions that were posted to the linked “Bank Account for Undeposited Funds”. It doesn’t look at other clearing accounts, so payments you’ve put into Cash clearing or Direct deposit clearing won’t appear there, only receipts sitting in Undeposited Funds will show.&nbsp;About undeposited funds.Preparing a bank depositRegards,Earl
