Question About Accessing MYOB Backup Files After Cancelling Subscription

Hi there,   We currently have multiple MYOB files and are considering stopping our use of MYOB. Our plan is to create backup files for each account and then cancel the associated MYOB subscriptions...

Hi Jade79,

 

It'll be sad to see you go, but if you need to end your MYOB subscription we're here to help. Make sure to back up your files before they end. You'll have 30 days of read-only access to your online files; after that, they might be deleted. If you've saved your backups offline, you can still access them without a subscription. It’s not necessary to keep active subscriptions to access offline backup files, but you will need active software or an active license if the software requires it to open or restore those files.
