It's frustrating trying to explain to owners that "all is Backed Up" when they keep getting the same thing all the time. We are now at 1179 days :(

Yes, am currently running latest version.
Product: AccountRight Premier AU 2023.8.0
Build: 2023.8.1.2
I also work on another version (another business) which is running the latest version and is also in the 1000's

MYOB still have not bothered to fix this. The only way to change this is to make a backup of the online file. Restore locally. Make a backup of the local file, then restore that online. This effectively replaces the online file with itself, however as the last backup was done locally, the 'last backup' date will be updated. Delete or rename local copies to avoid file mix up.
