You are correct that every time you log out to your AccountRight, you would need to click on Services then Sign out from AccountRight. These changes were implemented as part of enhanced security measures. Rest assured that the security of your account is of utmost importance to us. This is incorrect and as detailed on many other threads this is not working.... even when you sign out
all of our computers DO NOT request sign in the next day leaving our data completely exposed.
Some have had computers stolen recently leaving their financial and employee data exposed
Feel free to read this one as an example

When you exited MYOB you were automatically signed out... perfect
Previously everyone was happy with that. All you need to do was provide an option to request 2fa each time for those that were more security concious.
This is not a good look for MYOB and you would be better off in future asking you customer base about for their opinion prior to such extreme security changes
