Hi Linda2024,
I get that you need to access the file after canceling your subscription for your business audit. No worries, canceling your subscription just removes the file from the cloud. Since you have backups from different times, you can easily restore them offline and get your data back.

hello, I am having the same problem. I can no longer access my expired ARight Live file in Read-only mode. I do have a backup copy which is zipped/compressed and when I try to open it, it says it's a myox file and I don't know were to go to from there. Please advise.

There are few options but i need to know which path you want to take!
- Can restore this data, remove the serial number and renew subscription for AR Plus or premier.
- Can restore the data in read only mode in desktop version for AR plus or premier and use information only for reports.
- Let me know which one is your intention

Thank you for your quick response. I have however, just gotten off the phone with MYOB support and they showed me how to open a backup copy of the data file. I learnt that to open the file you need to go to MYOB Welcome page (on my desktop) and select "Restore A Backup File" and it was pretty straight forward from there. So happy that's sorted out.
