Read only access to AccountRight offline company file after subscription cancellation

We will no longer need our MYOB AccountRight Live Plus Recurring Subscription in the near future as our head company has implemented an ERP that we will be required to use. I am getting conflicting ...

    There are few options but i need to know which path you want to take!

     

    1. Can restore this data, remove the serial number and renew subscription for AR Plus or premier.
    2. Can restore the data in read only mode in desktop version for AR plus or premier and use information only for reports. 
    3. Let me know which one is your intention

Thank you for your quick response. I have however, just gotten off the phone with MYOB support and they showed me how to open a backup copy of the data file. I learnt that to open the file you need to go to MYOB Welcome page (on my desktop) and select "Restore A Backup File" and it was pretty straight forward from there. So happy that's sorted out.
