Read Only access
How do I create a user account so they can only have Read Only access. And can I limit them to just see a certain part of Account Right (Jobs reports)?

Thanks for your response. If you're the file administrator, you can set up a read-only user in AccountRight by navigating to Setup >> User Access >> selecting their user ID (on the left-hand side) and checking the "Read Only" option (on the right-hand side).
