Secure Invoicing Business Verification

Hi, 

 

How do I seek an exemption for the business verification process. 

We send our own invoices manually and do not wish to provide the details you are requesting. 

The information you are requesting is unnecessary and we do not wish to provide.

    Hi BLH,

    Thanks for clearing that up. As this needs to be raised internally, please create a case through MyAccount or call our team. Please mention that you create and send your invoices manually, rather than through MYOB, so the team has that detail when looking into it for you.
