Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate your patience. I've checked your account on our backend, and it appears that you're using AccountRight Premier. With this version, you're entitled to have two company files online under your license serial number.
I've made the necessary adjustment to your account to enable you to create another company file. Could you please try creating the second company file now?
