Signing in

When l go to sign in to MYOB Account Right, l type the email address and the curser moves but no letters showing on screen? Same with password.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is happening?

 

Any help is appreciated

    The same thing here..  however, if you type in the email address and password, it still works, but just no way of seeing if it is correct.

    Yes the same here as well.  And yes I was able to type in the email and password and get in !!

    Hi Rach1,

     

    We're aware of this issue, and our team is investigating it now. You should still be able to log in by typing your details as usual, even though they're not showing. You can also check our status hub for updates.
