Spam via Forum Private Messages

Hi Everyone

 

Following on from this situation, we've instituted some changes to the MYOB Community Forum relating to private messages.

 

Private message access will now be controlled by the MYOB Moderator group. If it is decided that your enquiry is better suited to be taken privately, the MYOB Moderator group will enable private messages for you to engage with them on your enquiry. While we do acknowledge that this is a change from the previous level of access, the changes are designed to overall benefit the Community.

 

As always, if you do encounter a private message or post on this Forum and you do wish to report it you can:

  • Select Report option (bottom left) when reviewing the Forum private message.
  • For posts, you can select the Ellipsis button and then Report Inappropriate Content.
