Subscription Suspended

I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING MENTAL I NEED HELP ASAP THIS COMPANY HAS BECOME A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

My subscription has been suspended I have called emailed tried  live chat to no avail  

I keep getting transfered to different people and I am not getting any where !!!!! I can now only access my file as a read only file.

 

I have been charged $1632 per file of Account Right Live for a 12 month subscription I have 3 files. Totaling $4896. When myob tried to processed this automatic payment on my credit card it did not go through due to the large amount of $4896!!  

I have since requested 2 files be down graded as I can not justify these charges when 2 of the files only need the very basics.  (previus years have not been that expensive)

Only One of the files has been down graded and now is $936 for that one file instead of $1632.

 

Now I have 3 files one $936 & 2 at $1632,  I have continulally login in to MY Myob to change my payment profile and also to try and pay.  

My balance owing is still $4896 not $4200 as I have previuosly requested with urgencey that I need the invoice reissed at the correct amount will no avail.  I have now opted to pay the full amount owing of $4896 in desparation to access my files.   BUT IT WILL NOT TAKE MY PAYMENT I have done this ober and over changed my card payment profile tried everything PLEASE HeLP  !!!!!

    • My debit card has now been charged the full amount $4896.  
       
      When I log in to the file RK Notman it is telling me I need to update my subscription.
       
      When I am directed to the MyMYob page and I log in the invoice section the invoice for the RK Notman Live Subsciptions is say it is unpaid.
       
      But I have been charge $4896 and paid the full amount. 
       
      I have only 3 files
