Taking a company off line

I have 1 company online, and 3 small company files in My Library.  I now want to down-size and take the online company into My Library.  Can someone tell me where to find the instructions?

Thanks for confirming. I've successfully removed the Company File ID from the cloud/online. For future reference, you can visit this help page for more information. Manage libraries
