Unable to confirm company file online

Hi I am unable to confirm company files online, can someone assist with? Thanks

    Hi GLGL,

     

    Thank you for providing the information via private message.

     

    I've successfully unlocked and activated each company file you've mentioned, and I've also sent the license file to your email just in case the software prompts you to confirm your files. You should be able to open the files and continue your work.

Could you please confirm if you still need assistance with confirming your file? If so, could you provide the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID number?

 

On the other hand, you can also reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website, or you can submit a support request via my account at myob.com.
