Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused in your business. We really appreciate your patience with this matter. We recommend uninstall then reinstalling the latest AccountRight version first> upgrade the file offline (which will take a while) then proceed on confirming it online. This will let you confirm your company file after.

I couldn't find a way to upgrade "offline". When click upgrade, it requires you to have an online account to go online.
