Hi Locked out of my file (again) can't find company file code to complete  to active.

    I've checked your account sorted and successfully unlocked the file, so you should be able to open it now and grab your company file code. You can confirm your file using our self-serve confirmation option.

    Hi dmbluey,

     

    My bad for not checking your product's version. Your version doesn't have a company file code, and it needs a license file from us. I've sent that to the email registered on your account. You should now be good to go with confirming your file.
