Hi Mel_Achterberg,
Since you mentioned that an update was recently done on your laptop, that might have affected some settings. There haven't been any reported issues with exporting to Excel. I'd suggest clearing your AccountRight cache, as that's worked for others in similar situations. If this still doesn't fix the issue, you can reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
