Thanks for the screenshot. I can see why it looks like the Security Audit report should go to Excel. You are not missing anything on your side. AccountRight just does not include a secaudit.xlt template, so the Security Audit report from the desktop cannot export cleanly to Excel right now. Copying another template and renaming it will run the export, but the columns and headings will not match, so it is only a rough workaround.
For now, you can
- Run the Security Audit report to PDF from the desktop and give that to your auditors
- If your file is online, open it in the browser version and use Export to Excel there
- Where available, export as CSV or TSV and open that in Excel
This limitation is already on the radar with our support and product teams, so they can look at improving it in a future update.
