Thanks for sharing those details. Yes, it’s possible the missing data is due to the previous period being locked. You can temporarily unlock the period (and its transactions) via Setup > Preferences > Security, make your changes, then turn the lock back on. Lock a period
You can also try setting the report date range from the start of your financial year to today, then re-run the report for the same job to see if those earlier quarters appear.
