That’s a pretty odd one, not being able to open the receivables reconciliation report isn’t something we see every day. Usually, issues like this come down to user access, so it’s worth double-checking if you’ve got permission to view that report.
If your access looks all good and you’re still stuck (like the report window opens but nothing’s loading), best bet is to get in touch with our team so we can dig a bit deeper for you.
