There isn't a report that directly provides all the details you need, like the one shown in your screenshot. However, you can check out our Purchases reports such as the Supplier Ledger, Purchase Register Detail, and Purchase Supplier Details reports. You can use the "Insert/Modify" option to include the fields you need.
