Unable to download reports throughMYOB backup file

We can't see the option to add backup company file to extract reports. Please find the below attached screen shot and the Version of Account Right. Thanks

    Apologies for the delayed response and thanks for the screenshots, those certainly help. I understand you’re trying to restore the backup so you can open the file and run reports.

     

    AccountRight PC edition can only restore online files. If you need to restore the backup and use it offline for reporting, you’ll need to use AccountRight Server Edition to restore and open the file and run the reports.
