transmitting error
Hi , I have two client who's returns have been stuck in transmitting. One come up with 400- bad request and the other comes up with nothing, when you click on transmitting

Sometimes the returns get lodged but the status does not change in the software.
The first thing to do is to check on Tax Agent Portal if the return is lodged. If the return is lodged then the status of the return can be updated manually to lodged. If the return is not lodged, then the return can be relodged.
