As the feed stopped after the replacement card was issued, the best next step is to contact our Support team so they can review the connection and assist with reactivating or reconnecting the feed. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

My boss and I contact MYOB team a lot of times, every time they said need to find AMEX support team, and AMEX said need to find MYOB team. we have no idea at all.

This will need to be escalated to our Bank Feeds team. Please raise a support request through MyAccount. so the team can investigate this further and help with the next steps.
