Bank Feed Duplicate Download

Hello, I am assisting an organisation that has just moved to Account Right. The other day when we downloaded the bank feed, however then we realised that some of those transactions were already dow...

    Thanks for your post. I hope you're finding plenty of useful tips, advice and support on the community forum. 

     

    While you cannot delete bank feed transactions, they can be hidden.  So since the transactions have been reconciled and sorted out in AccountRight, you just need to Hide the bank feed transactions that are a duplicate of what has already been reconciled.  See the linked help article for additional information.
