Bank feed

The statements are not flowing through to the MYOB account.  I have checked with the bank and there are no issues there end.  MYOB is showing that the statements are 'bank feed' ready.  Can you assist with a solution please.

    Hi 16_3,

     

    If your bank feed is showing as "bank feed ready," you'll need to link your account to the bank feed first. This will ensure that all your bank transactions come through smoothly. It's a simple step that helps keep everything in sync. To do this, just follow the steps below:

     

    • In MYOB, go to the Banking menu and choose Manage bank accounts. The Manage bank accounts page opens, listing all the bank feeds you have set up and their status.
    • In the Linked category column for the bank feed, choose a category from the list. This will be the category that the bank feed transactions will be imported to. You can only select categories set up as a bank account or credit card.
    • Click Save to finish.

      Hi Doreen,

       

      Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately it is not the problem.  I have been able to get the bank feed up to the 11/08/2024 and then since then there has been nothing.  I have checked with the bank - no issues their end.  I have checked my settings and they seem to be in order.  It seems to be coming from MYOB end.  Are you able to help as it is starting to impact the business.

    Hey 16_3,

     

    I get that you're able to receive your bank feed transactions up to 11/08/2024, but moving forward, you did not receive any of the transactions. Since you're still having issues with bank feed transactions not coming through, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat for further assistance. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first with our virtual assistant, MOCA, through myob.com/support.
