I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties matching your bank feed transactions to your ledger transactions. Generally, this only happens if the ledger transaction we are trying to match with the bank feed transaction is either marked checked in the reconcile account window, or part of a previously reconciliation. I recommend checking this transaction first in the reconcile accounts window to make sure it is still unreconciled and unmarked.
If this does not solve your question, feel free to send us screenshots of the recap of the transaction and the bank feed window.
