My bank feeds - from NAB - are saying they were updated just a few minutes ago but NO transactions from yesterday are showing up and I need to reconcile payments so I can get statements out.
And is there a link to submit issues please as there is nowhere on the status page to submit problems - and it shouldn't be this hard to submit an issue.
And Yes - I have checked the bank feed status page - and the status page and both are saying no issues - but there is....
ANZ not received either!

We are having the same issue. No bank feed from yesterday is appearing from NAB. Westpac is working
Mine is still not updated - have logged back on - and nothing.
The bank feed status page is not saying anything
The normal status page is saying there is no faults (???)
And I have had no reply to my support ticket.

agree this is happening on the 1st for the past 4 or 5 months. It seems to get later and later in the day....
It has finally appeared for us so late in the day. Not good

That’s not the start-of-month routine anyone needs. Sorry your NAB feed is showing as updated while yesterday’s transactions are still missing, especially when you need to reconcile and send statements. Bank feeds aren’t real-time, so transactions can take until the next business day to appear. If they’re still missing after that, please submit a support request through My Account so our support team can investigate. You can also check our guide on missing bank feed transactions. I dont think MYOB looks at support tickets anymore. I have had mine open since April and no communication from anyone.
