Bank feeds not working today

Same. I'm with Westpac and they are currently working on verifying business accounts with directors ID etc so not sure if it is related to that at all. Are you with Westpac?

yes we are also with Westpac - seems MYOB know nothing about what's going on (as per usual)

Nothing on the actual MYOB website, no surprise.

Also with Westpac and Bank Feeds have not come through yet - A bonus is they are aware of the issue 

i've spoken and also online chat with MYOB this morning - they were not aware of the issue at the time.

Thanks for bringing this up! We've had a few reports come through about Westpac bank feeds not uploading transactions. Our team's already on it and working to get things sorted as quickly as possible. While they're checking things on their end, Could you all please try the steps below just to rule out any local hiccups?

1. Go to Banking command centre.

2. Select Bank Feeds.

3. Click the Get Bank Transactions button to refresh the feed.

Also, try changing the display transactions filter to 'Hidden' and then back to 'Current' that sometimes does the trick.

i've tried all these solutions a few times this morning - still not working atm.  But will keep trying.  Thanks :-)

Still not working at 2pm AEST - tried all of the above solutions. Any update on this fix?

my bank feeds are now working :-)
