Bank Feeds stopped working

Question

We have bank feeds set up on 4 accounts. No transactions come through. When I click on "get bank transactions" it says it updates and there are no transactions found. It appears they havent been working for some time. Any suggestions on what the problem is?

Have the bank feeds come through since ? If they haven't can you please confirm which banking institution you're with and confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number so I can take a look into this.&nbsp;

Hi Melisa&nbsp;The bank feeds have not come through since. The bank is ANZ and the last 4-digits of the serial number are 6301.&nbsp;Thank you for your help.&nbsp;Kind RegardsNadine Holmes&nbsp;

Hi Melisa&nbsp;I am new to the organisation and looking at it now I can't see that it has ever worked. It says it is connected to 4 accounts and it says the updates are coming through daily however it is blank and there is no history of any feeds for these 4 accounts but I don't know why.&nbsp;Kind RegardsNadine Holmes

Can you please send me a private message with the file ID of the file&nbsp;(This can be found by going to Help &gt; About MYOB AccountRight) and last 4 digits of each of those bank feed bank accounts so I can take a look into this for you.&nbsp;
