Bank Feeds stopped working

We have bank feeds set up on 4 accounts. No transactions come through. When I click on "get bank transactions" it says it updates and there are no transactions found. It appears they havent been working for some time. Any suggestions on what the problem is?

    Hi Nad3, 

     

    Have the bank feeds come through since ? If they haven't can you please confirm which banking institution you're with and confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number so I can take a look into this.

      Hi Melisa

       

      The bank feeds have not come through since. The bank is ANZ and the last 4-digits of the serial number are 6301.

        Thank you, can you please confirm the date of the last transactions you received.
