Bank Recon

Can't reconcile the attached bank item. Purchase is already paid and closed but still can't find the item to match.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. We appreciate your effort in attaching the screenshot.

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties matching your bank transaction with your ledger payment. Generally, if the transaction you recorded does not appear in the bank feeds window to match, it's likely marked checked in the Reconcile Accounts window. I suggest checking the Reconcile Accounts window and making sure the transaction recorded there is not yet marked checked or reconciled yet.
