Stopping Smart Match for bank recons

When the email came out about smart matching, i thought it was a great idea to try.

One bank statement in and I decided I didn't like it and wanted to go back to bank feeds.

Logged into my online account to switch the function back off again, and again the following month, but two months in I'm finding smart match is still matching. It's doing my head in!

 

How can I stop this please, or send all my transactions back to bank feed without being already matched?!

    Thanks for sharing what’s been happening. It does seem a bit odd that Smart Match keeps switching back on after you’ve turned it off.

     

    If Smart Match has been disabled in your online account, it shouldn’t keep matching new transactions, so it sounds like something isn’t working as expected.

     

    I’d recommend getting in touch with our support team so they can take a closer look. You can do that by lodging a ticket through My Account or jumping on live chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant.
