Bank Reconciliation Issue
Hi, I have attempted to reconcile the bank account in MYOB however one transaction which is showing in the Bank Register is not being included in the Bank Rec. so it is out bu that amount. Any ideas?...

Sorry to hear about your experience. The common reason for missing transactions is if the transaction date does not match the reconciliation period. Or it could be a wrong bank, the transaction is entered against the wrong bank account. Transaction type is also one reason the transaction is not showing on bank reconciliation, it could be not a bank transaction, or the bank transaction is grouped with other transactions. Kindly check this information.

Hi, I have not resolved this as yet. I've noted your suggestions however the item appears in the bank register i.e. the correct bank a/c. It obviously is a bank transaction as it again appears in the correct bank a/c register for the relevant month.

Thank you for the update. If you have a bank feed transaction that you can't or don't want to match, you can hide this transaction. Hidden transactions do not appear in the bank feeds window. Note that you can't hide more than one transaction at a time.
