Bank Reconciliation Issue

Bank reconciliation balance is going into higher credit balance when putting withdrawals through.

Was all fine and reconciled at end 31May now May doesn't even reconcile.

After watching the matching process to reconcile the bank balance is going in the wrong direction.

This has happened since the latest update. 

How can this be rectified?

    Hi Gsyje,

     

    Thanks for explaining that. Since it was all fine at 31 May, this usually means either the reconciliation needs a reset or an older reconciled transaction has changed. The first thing to try is a future-dated reconciliation and then undo it, as that can refresh transactions that aren’t showing correctly in the Reconcile Accounts window.
