Batch Payment showing as multiple payments

Hi 

Just wondering if this is a bank issue or a MYOB one as it has happended since the update. My batch payments are coming through as mulitple payments instead of one line that matches. Now I have to delete the batch payment and record them individually :/

    Hey scotzam,

     

    You’ve done well pointing out what’s happening with your batch payments after the update, especially since you’ve had to manually record them just to keep things moving. In situations like this, it’s more of a bank issue, since they’re the ones processing the payment appears in your feed.
