Hi, This problem has gone on for long enough now. Surely it can be resolved within 2 weeks?

If I import the bank statement will it mess everything up?

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear that you're still not receiving your bank feeds. Our bank feed team received the data yesterday and ensured that the issue was resolved. It's just that they've advised that it will take time for the team to send all the data to your files. Please bear with us and rest assured that they'll be sending the data as soon as possible. I'll also consult this with the relevant team to make sure all data will be sent to your file.
