Macquarie Bank feeds are still down

Do you have an ETA on fixing Macquarie Bank Feeds issue？ Any update？

I'm sorry to hear about your bank feed transaction delays. Unfortunately, the information regarding what's causing the issue is not provided to us either. But we can assure you the team is working with the financial institution closely to fix this issue. 

In the meantime, you can manually create the transactions and match them to the bank feeds when you receive them. Unfortunately, the transaction can't match the bank feeds if they are already reconciled. You can create the transactions manually before the bank feeds are received but you will need to match these transactions before proceeding with your reconciliation.

Wondering if Macquarie bank are still having issues with bankfeeds? I see these comments are over 2years old, so not sure if these problems have been rectified and that anyone can confirm bankfeeds are working without glitches. I would like to activate the bankfeeds for my new workplace but don't want to have issues.  

I've used bank feeds with other banks and there wasn't any problems.

Just had a look for you, no dramas with Macquarie Bank at the moment. Their bank feed usually runs pretty smoothly, and if there’s ever a hiccup, it gets sorted out pretty quick, usually within a day.

You’re all set to proceed with setting up your bank feed if you'd like, it’s safe to link your Macquarie account.

There have been no issues with Macquarie Bank feeds since then. 

You should be able to activate them for your new workplace without any concerns. Fingers crossed it stays that way going forward!
