When I manually enter deposit transactions, the transaction is not being recorded in any account most times. MYOB working fine up to mid December 2025 and not used MYOB until now. I suddenly have this deposit entry problem. Manual spending entries is recording fine. I think I work off line. Can anyone help?
Yes, I'm getting further and further behind as the days go on. It's hard for me to wait on the phone to MYOB as I also have customer phone calls and face to face customers that I have to deal with.
MYOB have not answered my request for support on my email sent on Sunday.
i've just got off phone from MYOB 1300 555 123....you will need to call to get a new download of account right...no subscription required
i'm at my wits end...MYOB is incompetent. i don't believe they can fix the issues since 16 January 2026 after the update of December 2025
It's definitely a glitch then. Very frustrating. The suggestions to fix so far have been unsuccessful, though I can now record Spend Money transactions.
Receive money, journals and purchase entering are not working.
I had to upgrade too. Not much of an upgrade, haha.
Did this happen after a version upgrade?

Hm, the negative spend doesn't work for me. I have also tried to record an invoice and that doesn't work either.
