missing bank feed transactions from 22/2/23 - 17/4/23

Can someone please help with bank feed transactions that have not downloaded from 22/2/23 -17/4/23.

I have updated the bank feeds window, checked current, hidden and approved transactions, and there is nothing there.

Very frustrating!!

    Thank you for the post. I'm sorry to hear that you've had that experience, I'm happy to assist you with this concern. I need to raise this with the banking team so, can you please send me a Private Message containing the following:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Your full name 
    • Last 4-Digits of the affected bank feed accounts
