Missing Bank Reconciliation Entries

Hi, I have a weird occurrence that I haven't come across before. I undid reconciliations back to Dec 2023. Then re-reconciled to 30/4/24.  All good. After that all bank reconciliation transactions ...

    Hi SamP3, 

     

    Generally, when transactions are missing from the reconcile accounts screen, it's because the previous reconciliation period isn't in order. You can easily fix this by following the steps in this link.

I tried this fix for my problem but it did not work. Any other suggestions?

    Hi sharynne,

     

    If none of the previously mentioned steps work, I recommend reaching out to the support team to troubleshoot your reconciliation issue further. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or use live chat through MOCA.
