Such poor service and so disappointing - MYOB brings out an update and totally stuffs up Bank Rec - this issue has been going on for weeks and no resolution in sight - hopeless!!!! No wonder Xero stealing customers.

I'm sorry to hear how disruptive this has been, especially with bank reconciliation issues affecting your accounts, the time already spent following up, and EOFY being so close.
For this issue, you'll need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can securely review your account and file details and investigate your specific case.

Isaiah_Cā Gee thank you for your feedback. However, both your suggestions I have tried and still getting nowhere!!!!!!!! In fact, I have sent two cases via my account over a week ago and have had no response. I am currently on MOCA and waiting almost an hour and still no one to assist. So before suggesting how to reach out for assistance i suggest you check wait times. Oh, on a brighter note I did earn a new badge due to my posts OMG :(

I am sure, like myself, everyone on here has submitted a case - the frustration is that we never get a reply, so members trying to see if they can resolve the issue themselves! No one has time for this especially now at financial year end!

This is definitely a widespread issue. We have all reported the issue to MYOB, however no one seems to be getting a real fix to the problem. Could MYOB not urgently get there people onto a fix for everyone?

Accounts456ā lol you don't expect a reply do you :) I don't believe I have seen any moderator reply after someone asks a second questions that they cannot answer.
