Hi Sai
This is definitely a widespread issue. We have all reported the issue to MYOB, however no one seems to be getting a real fix to the problem. Could MYOB not urgently get there people onto a fix for everyone?
Accounts456 lol you don't expect a reply do you :) I don't believe I have seen any moderator reply after someone asks a second questions that they cannot answer.

Accounts456 on another note, I have now decided to go down their MYOB Complaints policy. Step 1 send email. done. I sent them both my case numbers which they have now replied with a new case number. Step 2 wait to see how long before anyone replies that is not AI or system generated. Stay tuned.
