Thanks for asking! I did get a reply, but it was so convoluted I have decided to ask my accountant to assist me instead. I don't have as bad a problem as you, so hoping they can help me.... Having just read your update though, I'm not so sure.

merkelj once the accountants get involved it will cost you. If it is the same issue I am having, they won't be able to resolve it either. I am just astounded at the lack of response from MYOB or even any updates. They obviously have no idea on what went wrong or why. At least we are all in this together.
