online payments

Hi I am signed up for online payment.  Once I receive my payment it automatically closes my invoice.  My question is, the money shows in my undeposited funds and I would like to change that to a diff...

    Hi, Karina thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to assist you!

     

    Kindly follow these steps to fix the issue:

    1. Go to banking. Hit Prepare bank deposit

    2. After that, select the correct bank account

    3. Select the transaction that you want to make changes

    4. Hit record
