Payment Fields not Uploading for Electronic Payments in AR Browser

Hi there,When we use MYOB AccountRight in the Browser, only the first payment field of "Particulars" uploads when you make an Electronic payment. It pulls through into the "Statement Text" field.&nbsp; The other two text fields "Bank Code" and "Reference" don't upload when you do an Electronic Payment?Many organisations require you to put your account code in the "Reference" field so your payment can be matched correctly. When we pay our bills on the 20th there can be a lot of suppliers to pay and this information should pull through automatically like it does in the Desktop version.Any ideas why the Browser version doesn't seem to do this? Or am I doing something wrong?Thanks

Hi Ray-chill.Thanks for the detailed explanation of how you’re using electronic payments in the browser version, that’s really helpful!&nbsp;Just to clarify, the electronic payment file itself is the same whether you’re working in the AccountRight desktop or the browser. Once a payment is marked to be paid electronically and you go through Prepare electronic payments, it generates the standard bank file for your bank from the stored banking details – the browser isn’t creating a “cut-down” or different file.&nbsp;
What you actually see when you upload that file (e.g. only the first field showing) can depend on how your bank’s online banking screens display those fields, not on whether you created the payment in browser or desktop.More information here:&nbsp;Setting up electronic payments&nbsp;Making electronic payments
