Previously Reconciled transactions now appearing as unreconciled
Hi,
I am writing to request your assistance with an issue we have encountered with the MYOB system.
Last Friday (10th February 2022), we reconciled our accounts for the period ended December 2022. Everything appeared to be in order at the time, but upon checking the files today (13th February 2022), we noticed that the transactions for the aforementioned period have been unticked, and the file is unreconciled. This is concerning, as no one from our team initiated the process of unreconciling the file.
We attempted to reconcile the file again this morning, but unfortunately, it unreconciled itself once again. I am unsure of what might be causing this issue, and I would greatly appreciate it if someone could take a look at it for us.
