Thanks for sharing your situation, mistakes like these really do happen to a lot of us!
When it comes to reconciling, the main thing is to record both what went wrong and how you fixed it. So, if you accidentally used your company card, make sure you pay the money back to the business account, and then record both the spend and the refund.
